Inspired by the French dessert Creme Brulee, the master confectioners have created a new dessert cake. A cream of cream, milk chocolate and caramel is harmoniously combined with light and dark bases. The cake is also a real feast for the senses thanks to its crunchy Belgian milk chocolate coating. The Bourbon Creme Brulee cake is also lovingly decorated by hand with polka dots and Farin sugar as well as marzipan leaves. The cake weighs approx. 600 g and has a diameter of approx. 16 cm. The cake is delivered in a fail-safe gift box.
