L'Epicurien: everyday gastronomic pleasure

The history of L'Epicurien goes back almost 40 years, to the back shop of a delicatessen in Saint

Mandé. Bernard Le Gulvout, uncle of current directors Benoit and Xavier Gandon, bought the business in the early 1980s. A former restaurateur, he gradually transformed the business into a real artisan jam factory.

At the end of the 1980s, he moved to a dedicated production site near Montpellier. Over the next three decades, he developed a family business centred on artisanal excellence, constantly inventing new recipes and perpetuating high

quality know

how.

Today, based in the heart of the Occitanie region, the company is pursuing its philosophy of demanding artisanal production, giving priority to French producers, traditional cooking in cauldrons and rigorous selection of ingredients. Its mission: to awaken the epicurean in all of us, through gourmet creations that are a source of emotion and sharing.
